Argos Construction a top notch firm that recently completed a 3 month renovation of my Pacific Heights home. We hail from Manhattan where I have gut renovated three apartments. At this point, I am fairly familiar with the process and knew that it would be a difficult to find a high quality firm to do a smaller renovation. We had recently purchased the home from a guy who flipped it and we needed to upgrade some of the work and add a bathroom. The entire interior of the house was painted and several rooms were wall papered. Lighting was replaced and sconces added.Viktor was my foreman and he could not have been nicer nor more conscientious. Always delivered as promised and kept his good sense of humor intact. At one point I was concerned that it would be impossible to install a chandelier over a metal industrial table that weighs literally a ton. He looked at the situation and said "I'm not going to consider that a problem until I'm sure it is one" - gotta love an attitude like that! And guess what- they managed to do it!
Their subs are super nice and talented - one happy family who really work together to produce a great final product. Special shout-put to Alex, Saimon, Elvis and Udgin - we miss you guys!!!
